What happens if I change my subscription plan (e.g., switch from weekly to monthly)?

You can change your subscription plan at any time. Simply go to our subscription page and select the subscription option you prefer. Your new plan will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.


Is there a trial period for new users?

We currently offer a free 7-day trial for all new users. New users may also be eligible for a sign-up discount on their subscription when using a unique code supplied by one of our partnered businesses.


How do I activate a Gift Card?

If you have received a Gift Card, simply go to the subscription page and select the subscription which matches your Gift Card. On checkout, add your Gift Card ID into the promotion field and proceed to checkout at no cost for the duration of your Gift Card.


Please note, subscription billing will commence after the duration of your Gift Card has ended.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the app's settings. Please note that cancellation policies may vary depending on your chosen subscription plan.
