How do I claim discounts at partnered businesses?

To claim a Tickit at a partnered business you can follow these steps:

1. Open the Tickit App

2. Select the listing of the business that you are visiting by either manually scrolling through the available Tickits, or by typing the business’s name in the search bar. If you have previously saved the offer your are looking to redeem by adding it to your ‘Pocket’, you will have access to this quickly clicking the ‘Go To Pocket’ link in the app.

3. Once you have found the business’s listing, click on the offer and then click the ‘Claim Now’ button.

4. After clicking the ‘Claim Now’ button, the app will open your camera and you will be able to scan the QR code that the business has advertised at their counter.

5. Once scanned, you will be taken to a screen that shows the employees of the partnered business that you are currently subscribed to Tickit, you have claimed their offer and you are eligible for the discount shown.

Are the discounts available all the time?

The availability of discounts varies by partnered businesses. Some discounts may be available all the time, while others may have specific time frames or limitations. Check the description of each offer in the app for information on availability.

To make sure you don’t forget to claim a Tickit before it expires, save it to your Pocket. Once an offer expires at one of our partnered businesses, a new offer from that business will take its place.

Can I use the app in multiple locations or cities?

As we grow, yes, you can use Tickit in multiple locations or cities, provided that those areas are covered by our service and your subscription is active. You can explore and claim discounts from partnered businesses in different locations as long as they are part of our network and they don’t have any location based limitations listed in the details of their offer.

Are there any restrictions on the number of discounts I can claim in a day/week/month?

There may be limitations on the number of discounts you can claim within a specific timeframe, depending on the offer type set by the business. However, most of our Tickits are redeemable daily.

How often are new discounts and businesses added to the app?

We continually update the app with new discount Tickits and partner businesses. New offers are added regularly, so be sure to check back frequently to discover the latest deals.
