The responsibility for the quality and care of the advertised goods and services lies solely with the merchant, as stated in their terms and conditions.
The terms and conditions set by the merchant are applicable to all transactions.
Tickits must be redeemed in accordance with the instructions provided on the business page. Businesses retain the right to decline Tickits made through alternative methods or to impose additional charges.
Any accompanying customers without Tickits will be subject to the full pricing.
All inclusions within a deal must be utilised during a single visit, unless the deal specifies otherwise for multi-session offers.
Unless authorised by the merchant, vouchers cannot be combined with other offers.
Unless explicitly stated, service charges, gratuity, and additional taxes are not covered by the Tickit.
Unused portions of a Tickit hold no refund value and cannot be exchanged for alternate services or cash, unless mandated by law.
Refunds will not be available for unused tickits.
Businesses reserve the right to allocate fixed availability for Tickit holders in order to accommodate paying customers.
Tickits are non-transferable for resale and cannot be converted into cash.
Certain deals may have age restrictions; customers are advised to review the fine print and consult with the merchant if uncertainties arise.
Age verification, typically 18 years or above, is required for alcohol consumption. This is the responsibility of the business providing the Tickit.
Merchants adhere to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) regulations and possess the authority to enforce them.
Unless expressly agreed to by the merchant, tickits cannot be redeemed after the date indicated as the "Valid to" or "Expiry" date displayed.
Considering the high demand, especially on weekends, customers are advised to anticipate limited availability and make bookings well in advance.
Whenever feasible, visual content will reflect the actual merchant's location, service, or item being offered. In instances where this isn't feasible, images serve as illustrative representations and might not be exact depictions.
Tickit Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to change its prices as required.
Unless otherwise specified all costs are inclusive of GST
Tickit Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel memberships for breaches of our terms and conditions.
All prepaid memberships are non refundable

Businesses agree to ensure the quality and care of the advertised goods and services meet the description provided. Any customer complaints, refunds or disputes will be the sole responsibility of your organisation and not Tickit Australia.
It is the responsibility of the business to update their Tickit offer monthly as required. Should an update not be provided then Tickit Australia reserves the right to maintain the previously offered Tickit.
All Tickits offered by businesses will need to be approved by Tickit Australia. The company reserves the right to deny a Tickit for any reason they see appropriate.
By providing images ("Images") to Tickit Australia, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, and publicly perform the Images for the purpose of advertising and promoting the Company's products or services. You represent and warrant that you own all necessary rights, including but not limited to copyright, to the Images provided to the Company. You also acknowledge that the Company does not acquire any ownership rights to the Images.
Tickit Australia agrees to use the Images only for the purposes stated in this agreement. The Company will not sell, license, or transfer the Images to any third party for commercial use without your prior written consent.
You release and discharge Tickit Australia, its agents, representatives, and employees from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that you may have arising out of the use of the Images, including but not limited to claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights.
You will not receive any compensation, monetary or otherwise, for the use of the Images by the Company, except as otherwise agreed upon in writing.
You have the right to request the removal or discontinuation of the use of the Images by the Company at any time.
Referral Program
1.1 Eligibility: Referrers must be businesses or individuals capable of legally entering into contracts and promoting Tickit’s subscription services.
1.2 Referral Criteria: To earn referral payments, Referrer must refer prospective customers who sign up for the Company's subscription services using the unique referral link or code provided by Tickit Australia.
1.3 Referral Payments: Referrers may be eligible to receive referral payments, as outlined in Section 3 of this Agreement.
2. Referral Process
2.1 Unique Referral Link/Code: Tickit Australia will provide Referrer with a unique referral link or code, which will be used to track referrals. Referrer is responsible for ensuring that referrals use this link or code.
2.2 Referral Tracking: Tickit Australia will use reasonable efforts to track referrals accurately.
2.3 Prospective Customers: Referrer is responsible for referring prospective customers who are genuinely interested in and suitable for the Company's subscription services.
2.4 Prohibited Activities: Referrer agrees not to engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical practices when promoting the Company's services. This includes but is not limited to spamming, false advertising, and misrepresenting Tickit Australia offerings. We reserve the right to cancel your involvement.
3. Referral Payments
3.1 Payment Eligibility: Referrers may be eligible to receive referral payments, as determined by Tickit Australia. Payment eligibility and terms are subject to change at the Company's discretion.
3.2 Payment Amount: The referral payment amount and structure will be communicated to the Referrer separately or as part of the Program's promotional materials. Payment will only be made should customers remain subscribed to Tickit Australia past the initial free trial period. Cancellations during this period will not generate a referral reward.
3.3 Payment Schedule: Referral payments will be made according to the payment schedule communicated by the Company. Monthly payments will be the standard offering however, payments may be subject to a minimum threshold, and payment methods will be determined by the Company.
3.4 Taxes: Referrer is responsible for any taxes associated with referral payments. The Company may require Referrer to provide necessary tax documentation as required by applicable laws and regulations.
4. Termination and Modification
4.1 Termination: Tickit Australia reserves the right to terminate the Program, Referrer's participation in the Program for any reason, without prior notice.
4.2 Modification: Tickit Australia may modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the referral payment structure, or the Program itself at its sole discretion. Referrer will be informed of any significant changes in advance.
5. Confidentiality
Referrer agrees to keep confidential any non-public information about the Company, its services, and the Program.
6. Compliance with Laws
Referrer agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards when participating in the Program.
7. Indemnification
Referrer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising out of Referrer's participation in the Program.
